Hexham Wind Farm planning pathway determined – The Victorian Minister for Planning announced in April that the project must undergo an Environment Effects Statement (EES) process – See Minister’s Decision here.

Environment Effects Referral submittedThe EES referral has been submitted. This contains a preliminary assessment of the potential environmental impacts of the project and demonstrates how these can be avoided or mitigated. The referral form and the preliminary environmental impact assessments are now available on the government’s website
